1) Go to the download page to install Netmarble Launcher. Check the minimum system requirements before downloading the installation pack.
2) If the download does not start automatically, click on the “download manually” button and wait until the download is complete.
3) Once the download is complete, it will start an install shield. Continue with the installation by following the instructions. The installation route may differ according to the selected installation method.
- Installing Netmarble Launcher Only
In this case it will be installed in [selected installation drive\NetmarbleGlobal\MarbleStation].
If the C: drive is chosen, the program will be installed in the following location.
(Example) C:\NetmarbleGlobal\MarbleStation
- Installing Game Package
In this case the file will be installed in [the drive where the game is installed\NetmarbleGlobal\MarbleStation].
If Uncharted Waters Online is installed on the D: drive, Netmarble Launcher will be installed in the following locations
(Example) D:\NetmarbleGlobal\Uncharted Waters Online, D:\NetmarbleGlobal\MarbleStation
4) The installation is complete. Double click the shortcut on the desktop to run Netmarble Launcher.
If the loading screen continues or if the contents do not show, you can fix the problem by doing the following.
1) Delete msinfo.ini file in [Program Files\NetmarbleGlobal\MarbleStation].
2) Run Glbmsupdater.exe file.
3) After updating, Netmarble Launcher will run automatically.
Go to http://www.netmarble.com/member/join/authmail_request.asp and re-request your verification e-mail.

Simply repeat the sign up process at http://www.netmarble.com/member/join/member_join.asp,
but use a different ID when prompted.

Players who use in-game bugs in the game have broken Netmarble's Terms of Use Agreement.
Please report them to us via our Abuse Report section at http://www.netmarble.com/support/abusereport/.
Please provide us with the player’s ID, an incident description, and proof that he used bugs (for example screenshots, messages etc).
Inappropriate message postings – such as insults, slanders, and racial slurs – negatively affect our members’ experience in Netmarble.
Thus we take a dim view of such posters, and consider him to have broken Netmarble's Terms of Use Agreement.
